摘　　要：《中国语言地图集》B3图示,郯城、平邑方言是带有北方(冀鲁)官话性质的中原官话区郑曹片方言。从两地与相邻、不相邻的几地方言的一致性来看,它们是不带有北方官话性质的中原官话,《地图集》不必把它们从周边方言中孤立出来。Map B3 in Language Atlas of China points out that Tancheng Dialects and Pingyi Dialects belong to Zheng-Cao Dialects, a branch of ZhongYuan Mandarin that fall into the scope of North China （Ji-Lu）Mandarin. However, the findings of this study indicated that both dialects, in view of the agreement between them and the other dialects in the nearby and nonadjacent counties, are ZhongYuan Mandarin which do not have the attributes of North China （Ji-Lu） Mandarin. Therefore, there is no need to define them two independent speech islands in Language Atlas of China.
