空心高斯光束的非准直透镜系统衍射研究

摘　　要：利用非准直光学系统的ABCD矩阵表达式和Collins衍射积分公式,推导出了空心高斯光束通过光阑和非准直4f透镜系统衍射场的解析表达式,并对衍射场进行了研究分析.数值模拟计算表明,空心光束的阶数、束腰和4f透镜系统的错位位移等因素对衍射场特性有很大的影响.The diffraction formula of the hollow Gaussian beam propagating through a circle and a misaligned 4f optical system is obtained by using the ABCD and Collins diffraction integral formula, and the properties of the diffraction field is studied. The numerical results shown that diffraction properties are depending not only on the beam order and the waist width, but also on the misalignment.
