摘　　要：对航空机械引信系统进行可靠性分析是引信贮存可靠性研究的重要内容之一。本文以航空某引信典型产品，在其长贮可靠性试验基础上，运用失效模式、影响及危害度分析（ＦＭＥＣＡ）和失效树分析（ＦＴＡ）的方法，对产品在可靠性试验中所发生的失效进行研究，分析其原因、后果和影响及严重程度，同时，分析研究了贮存环境和产品的包装材料对引信长贮质量的影响。为产品设计、贮存和管理提供改进建议。Reliability analysis of an aero fuze system is one of the important substances of the reliability study of a fuze in Long term storage. On the basis of Long term storage reliability tests, this paper takes a typical aero fuze for example , studies its failure in the reliability tests and analyzes its causes , effect ,results and severity by using FM, FTA and FMECA. Moreover, it studies and analyzes the effect of storage environment and package material upon the Long term storage quality of the aero fuze so as to provide improved proposals for design, storage and management.
