摘  要:模拟注蒸气条件下,进行欢喜岭低硫稠油化学改质反应实验,结果表明,无催化剂化学改质后稠油黏度降低了1/4以上,添加合适催化剂可降低60%以上,碱性缓冲溶液与催化剂协同改质可降低80%;相应地化学改质处理后,重质组分质量分数降低,轻质组分质量分数增加,稠油品质提高;现场试验井改质后,稠油黏度降低了70%以上,重质组分质量分数降低,试验周期产油量增加了865.7t,油气比增加了0.858,化学改质和增产效果明显,表明碱与催化剂协同作用化学改质技术开采低硫稠油潜力很大.The lab experimental results show that heavy oil with low sulfur content could be upgraded under steam injection conditions. As a result,viscosity reduction of upgraded heavy oil is over 1/4 without addition of catalyst,larger than 60% with addition of transition metal catalyst,up to 80% with synergistic effect of alkali and catalyst. At the same time,the content of heavy components of treated heavy oil such as resin and asphaltene is decreased,and heavy oil is upgraded to some extent. Evident upgrade and stimulation effects could be obtained from the field chemical upgrade application,the viscosity of treated heavy oil is reduced by over 70%,heavy components in heavy oil decreased,periodical oil production increased by 865.7 ton,and ratio of oil production to steam injection enhanced 0.858. In sum,it is the potential to improve heavy oil recovery by chemical upgrading with addition of alkali and catalyst.
