摘 要:为提高酚醛树脂防砂剂的耐温性能,以廉价煤焦油和三聚甲醛为原料合成与酚醛树脂结构类似(含CH2-OH)且能与酚醛树脂发生缩合反应的耐温剂.结果表明:在酚醛树脂中加入质量分数为10%~30%耐温剂,固结岩心经280℃老化7d后的强度从1.1MPa提高到5.0MPa以上,耐温性能大幅度提高,同时降低防砂剂的成本;固结岩心经地层水、原油、酸性和碱性介质浸泡后,强度没有下降,耐介质浸泡性能好;防砂剂对岩心伤害较小,并且油相渗透率增加而水相渗透率减小,说明固结后防砂剂使砂粒表面的润湿性向亲水方向变化.A heat-resistant agent,which has hydroxymethyl groups(CH2-OH) and can be condensed with phenolic resin,was prepared by reaction of the coal tar and trioxymethylene in the presence of strong acid (H2OS4). After 10%~30% of heat-resistant agent is added into phenolic resin,compressive strength of the core heated at 280 ℃ for 7 days is increased from 1.1 MPa to over 5 MPa,denoting its heat resistance is improved and the its cost is decreased. Compressive strength of the core soaked in formation water,crude oil,acid medium and alkaline medium for 30 days is not decreased,denoting a good medium-soaking resistance. Sand-control agent (composed of heat-resistant agent and phenolic resin) has a lower permeability loss to core,and main reason for oil permeability increasing and water permeability decreasing is that the wettability of the sand surface is changed into the more hydrophilic after the sand was consolidated.
