摘　　要：提出奇数a的成分指数序列P(a)及成分指数序列的和∑P(a)的概念,得出成分指数序列的和∑P(a)的简单计算公式,并在此基础上证明3N+1猜想中的周期数必须满足的一个平衡方程,这个平衡方程对猜想的证明将起到很大作用.The component exponent sequence P（a） of odd number a and the concept of the component exponent sequence＇s summation ∑ P（a） is put forward, geting the simple compute formula of component exponent sequence＇s summation ∑P（a）,then proving periodicity of 3N ＋ 1 conjecture must meet a balance equation which plays an important role in the demonstration.
