摘  要:[目的]观察长白山道地黄芪水提取液对运动后小鼠肌糖原和血清肌酐含量的影响,探讨黄芪的抗疲劳作用机制.[方法]取昆明种小鼠,随机分为对照组、黄芪大、中、小剂量组.每日灌胃给予黄芪大、中、小剂量组小鼠0.4,0.2,0.1g/kg黄芪水提取液,给予对照组小鼠等体积蒸馏水,共21d.第22日强迫小鼠游泳40min后,剖取腓肠肌,测定肌糖原含量,采血测定血清肌酐含量.[结果]黄芪大、中、小剂量组小鼠腓肠肌中肌糖原含量明显高于对照组,血清中肌酐含量显著低于对照组.[结论]长白山道地黄芪水提取液可能通过增加肌糖原的储备和减缓磷酸肌酸的代谢来起抗疲劳作用.OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of the Huangqi extract in Changbai mountain on the content of muscle glycogen and serum creatinine in postexercise mice to study the mechanism of the Huangqi for anti-fatigue. METHODS The Kunming 40 mice were randomly divided into control,large,medium and small dose groups of the Huangqi extract,and the experiment groups were administrated by oral with 0.4,0.2,0.1 g/kg dose of the Huangqi extract for 21 days and the control group was administrated with distilled water. The content of gastrocnemius glycogen and serum creatinine was detected after forced swimming for 40 minutes at the 22 day. RESULTS The content of gastrocnemius glycogen in experiment group increased significantly,and the level of serum creatinine in experiment group was significantly depressed as compared with control group. CONCLUSION The Huangqi extract in Changbai mountain may be participated in the process of anti-fatigue via increasing muscle glycogen store and slowing down the metabolism of creatine phosphate.
