关龙胆乙醇提取物对小鼠S_(180)肉瘤的抑制增殖作用

摘　　要：[目的]探讨关龙胆乙醇提取物对小鼠S180肉瘤的抑制增殖作用.[方法]按照标准方法给小鼠接种S180肉瘤瘤株,随机分组,分别灌胃给予不同剂量的关龙胆乙醇提取物,10d后观察肉瘤、免疫器官及体重的变化.[结果]0.63,1.25,2.50g/kg关龙胆乙醇提取物对小鼠S180肉瘤的抑制率分别为28.27%,38.72%,42.02%,大剂量组小鼠免疫器官质量分数及体重明显低于肉瘤对照组.[结论]关龙胆乙醇提取物对小鼠S180肉瘤具有抑制增殖作用.OBJECTIVE To study the effects of proliferative inhibition of the ethanol extract of Guan gentian for the S-180 sarcoma on mice. METHODS The S-180 sarcoma cells were inoculated on mice according to the standard approach,and the mice were randomly divided into groups and were administrated by oral with different dose of the ethanol extract of Guan gentian,and he weight of tumor,the immune organ and the changes of body weight of mice were observed 10 days later. RESULTS The inhibition rate of the 0.63,1.25,2.50 g/kg doses of the ethanol extract of Guan gentian for S-180 sarcoma on mice was 28.27 %,38.72 % and 42.02 %,respectively,and the immune organ weight index and body weight were lower obviously in high dose group than in the sarcoma control group. CONCLUSION The ethanol extract of Guan gentian has the effects of proliferative inhibition for S-180 sarcoma on mice.
