摘 要:研究了梅钢石灰窑供气系统不能准确检测煤气流量等实际问题和超声波流量计的计量特点,提出了一种基于WZ-2188超声波流量计和孔板流量计双重检测技术,实现煤气流量精确检测和煤气流量在线补偿的新方法。经过采用煤气流量双重检测和在线补偿技术对石灰窑供气系统的改造,减小了煤气流量检测的误差,提高了活性石灰的质量,为企业带来了较大的经济效益和社会效益。The practical problems, such as the measurement of coal gas flow without accuracy in gas supply system of lime kiln in Meishan Iron & Steel Co. Ltd. and the measurement characteristics of ultrasonic flowmeter were studied and a new method of double measurement technique based on the WZ-2188 ultrasonic flowmeter and orifice ftowmeter was presented. And a new method for the exact measurement and online compensation of coal gas flow was realized. The implementation of such techniques as the double measurement of coal gas flow and the online compensation for gas supply system of lime kiln made the measuring error of gas flow he reduced and the quality of active lime be increased, generating the substantial economic and social benefits for enterprises.
