摘 要:锅炉和蒸汽动力设备中结垢的直接影响是妨碍正常传热、降低传热效率。研制的高频电子阻垢仪是一种可以通过检测环境温度和磁场强度等参数,来自动调整脉冲频率和幅值,从而实现有效阻垢的物理水处理设备,它可以降低水垢的产生对工业生产的正常运行带来的危害。简述了高频电子阻垢的工作原理、系统的硬件构成、技术特点和应用效果,并进行了循环水的模拟实验。从阻垢仪使用前后的结垢量对比结果表明,本系统能够有效地防止水垢的生成,降低结垢率。For boilers and steam power plants, the direct impact of sealing was to hamper the normal heat transduetion, so it would increase fuel consumption and reduce thermal transduction efficiency in heat exchange equipment. The design of newly high-frequency electrical anti-scaling instrument, which could make a real-time detection on various parameters such as the environment temperature and magnetic field strength, was to reduce or avoid the scaling effectively in the boilers and steam power plants. The principle of high-frequency electrical anti-scaling, the system' s hardware, technical characteristics and application effect was described. The entire system included the high-frequency signal generator, detection devices and water treatment chamber. According to the comparison of experiment results before and after using the anti-scaling device, it shows that this device can reduce the scaling rate effectively.
