摘 要:喷油器处于开启和落座过程的动态响应时间是衡量喷油器动态特性的主要参数。文章建立了电磁喷油器动态响应时间的计算模型,通过数值求解得到了喷油器线圈中电流的变化曲线,根据该电流曲线的特点设计了一套喷油器针阀开启及落座滞后时间测量系统。结果表明,在不同电源电压下,滞后时间的计算值与实测值基本一致,指出所开发的测量系统可以满足喷油器开发过程中对动态时间参数检测的需要。The dynamic response time of an electronic fuel injector during the process of opening and closing constitutes a key parameter for measuring the dynamic characteristics of electronic fuel injectors. A mathematical model to calculate the response time of electronic fuel injector has been established in this paper. The changing curve of the electronic in the coil of the electronic fuel injector was figured out with the help of numerical calculation. And in accordance with the features of electronic curve, this paper designs a measuring system of the opening and closing time of the needle valve of the electronic fuel injector. The results indicate that the calculated value of the delayed time is accordant to the actual measuring value and point out that the measuring system can meet the requirements on the dynamic time parameter detection during the development.
