约束带系统的试验研究

摘　　要：约束带系统是儿童约束系统的一个组成部分,其性能直接关系到车内儿童乘员的安全。文章介绍了通过对不同儿童约束系统标准的研究,建立起符合标准的试验装置,并根据规定的步骤对约束带进行试验和判定。指出按照这种方法可完整地对约束带系统进行合理地评价,并可通过上述试验装置及试验方法来考核约束带系统的性能和质量,以保证儿童乘员的安全,为C-NCAP增加儿童安全座椅方面的测试内容做准备。Harness belt system constitutes a part of the Child Restraint System （CRS）, and its performance exerts direct influence on the safety of children occupants in the vehicles. This paper establishes the testing device in line with standards through researching on different standards of children restraint systems. And according to the established steps, the harness belt was tested and judged. This paper points out that this method evaluates the system of harness belt reasonably in an all round way and we can examine the performance and quality of the system of harness belt in accordance with the above-mentioned testing device and testing methods so as to safeguard the safety of child occupants and make the preparation for C-NCAP to add the testing of child safety seats to the standards .
