3-(4-溴苯基)-1-(正丙基)苯并[f]喹啉的合成与晶体结构

摘　　要：标题化合物C22H18BrN是由4-溴苯甲醛、2-萘胺与2-戊酮为原料,在四氢呋喃(THF)中以碘为催化剂反应得到.结构通过单晶X射线衍射分析确定,其晶体属于三斜晶系,空间群P-1,a=0.920 3(2)nm,b=1.017 3(2)nm,c=1.058 2(2)nm,α=97.868(3)°,β=107.038°,γ=112.235(3)°,Mr=376.28,V=0.841 7(3)nm3,Dc=1.485 g/cm3,Z=2,μ(Mo Kα)=2.444 cm-1,F(000)=384.X衍射分析表明分子间存在C—H…Br非常规氢键,并连接相邻的分子形成二聚体.The title compound C22H18BrN was synthesized by a three-component reaction of 4-bromobenzaldehyde,naphthalen-2-amine and 2-pentanone in THF catalyzed by iodine.Its structure was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction.The crystal is triclinic,space group P-1 with a=0.920 3（2） nm,b=1.017 3（2） nm,c=1.058 2（2） nm,α=97.868（3）°,β=107.038°,γ=112.235（3）°,Mr=376.28,V=0.841 7（3） nm3,Dc=1.485 g/cm3,Z=2,μ（Mo Kα）=2.444 cm-1,F（000）=384.X-ray analysis reveals that there is a non-classical intermolecular hydrogen bond C-H…Br in the molecule, which links the adjacent molecules forming dimmers.
