济(南)钢球团库式原料场生产实践

摘　　要：介绍了济钢球团新建库式原料场的工艺和装备情况,并提出一些改进措施,解决了投产后发现的一些薄弱环节。投产后的生产实践表明:球团厂的原料接受、储存和处理能力提高到450万t/a,能保证恶劣天气正常生产,设备性能和自动化程度明显提高,预配料更加精准,为球团生产的稳定顺行奠定了基础,球团矿及混合料的主要生产技术经济指标都明显提高。The process and equipment of the new pellet storeroom in Jigang is introduced. Some improvement measures are presented to solve the weakness after eommissioning. Production practiee shows that the ability of reeeiving, storing and disposing raw material of pelletizing increases to 4 500 000t/a,the production goes well in bad weather,the pre-mixture is more accurate,the foundation has been laid for smooth production of pellet, and the main technical and eeonomie indexes of pellet and mixture are remarkably improved.
