摘  要:为了揭示脲酶抑制剂对土壤脲酶动力学特性的影响,采用模拟试验方法,获得了HQ、PPD和NBPT在温度梯度(10℃、20℃、30℃)作用下的土壤脲酶动力学行为。结果表明,对照处理白浆土脲酶Km和Vmax大于褐土,而Vmax/Km小于褐土。随温度升高,土壤脲酶Km和Vmax增加,Vmax/Km先增加后降低。与对照相比,HQ、PPD和NBPT均使Km增加,Vmax降低,表明其作用机理均属于混合型抑制。与HQ相比,PPD和NBPT对动力学参数的影响强度较大,持续作用时间较长,表明PPD和NBPT更有效的抑制脲酶活性。统计分析显示,土壤脲酶Km、Vmax和Vmax/Km均土壤理化指标存在显著的相关性。To understand the effect of urease inhibitors on kinetic properties of soil urease,the kinetic behaviors of soil urease affected by HQ、PPD and NBPT were obtained under the temperature gradient (100C、200C、300C) through simulation.The results showed that,in a controlled treatment,Km and Vmax in Albic soil urease were higher than that in Cinamon soil while Vmax/Km was lower.With the increase of temperature,Km and Vmax also increased,and Vmax/Km increased first and then decreased later.Compared with control,HQ,PPD and NBPT made Km increase,and Vmax decrease,which indicates the mixed inhibition of tested urease inhibitors to soil urease.The effectiveness and lasting time of PPD and NBPT on kinetic parameters were larger than that of HQ,which indicates a greater inhibition on urease activity.Statistical analysis showed there were significant correlations between Km,Vmax,Vmax/Km and soil physicochemical characteristics.
