摘 要:针对工业上应用广泛的沸腾床干燥器,在简要阐述其操作机理与生产特性的基础上,综述了其工艺与结构改型及零部件结构优化方面的最新进展,其中重点引介了新兴的惰性粒子沸腾床干燥设备及新型气体布风板的研发成果.此外,分析并指明了当前该类研究中的主要瓶颈与不足,且结合文献调研,初步明确了下一步的研发重点.Aiming at fluidized bed dryer,one of the widely applied industry equipments,the operational mechanism and production characters were elucidated in brief.And then,the latest developments of the craft and structure modification and the structure optimization about the equipment parts were summarized,in which the research achievements concerning the newly emerging inert-particle fluidized bed dryer and its novel gas distributors were emphatically introduced.Based on it,the main bottlenecks and deficiencies existing in the current works were analyzed and pointed out to help the further similar researches. Moreover, the clear direction of further development was also put forward preliminarily after much investigation.
