湖南食品工业产业集群发展的必要性及其可行性论证

摘　　要：文章运用投入弹性系数方法、产业生命周期理论和地方专业化指数对湖南食品工业产业发展现状进行了论证。结果发现:食品工业虽然是湖南第一大支柱产业,已进入了快速成长阶段,是比较优势产业,但仍然是粗放型增长模式;湖南发展食品产业集群具有得天独厚的自然条件和现实基础。The article utilizes the input elasticity coefficient method, industry life cycle theory and local specialization index to demonstrate the current sitclation of Hunan food industry. The result shows as follow the food industry, though the largest pillar industry of Hunan, has entered a rapid growth stage, it is more competitive indusry, it is still extensive growth mode, besides, the denelopment of Hunan food industry cluster has uniqve natural condition and basis in reality.
