摘 要:目的探讨机械感受器在感觉神经植入术后的再生机制。方法用单纤维放电引导技术,从机械感觉传入纤维再生检出率、快慢适应感受器的比例及变化、再生感受器的阈值及再生纤维传导速度等方面,研究了猴失神经手指无毛皮肤中机械感受器的再生规律。结果机械感受纤维功能出现早,比例高,接近正常水平;快适应机械感受器再生数量多,成熟度较高;慢适应感受器再生情况与前者不同的是时间略迟。术后8个月再生纤维传导速度尚未达到正常。结论猴失神经手指再埋入神经后快慢适应机械纤维均有功能恢复,但效果不一致。Objective To explore the mechanism of mechanoreceptor regeneration after nerve im- plantation.Method Neuroelectrophysiological technique(single nerve fiber discharge)was used to study the regeneration of mechanoreceptors in glabrous skin of monkeys denervated fingers with respect to the rate of regenaration of mechanoreceptor fibers,the proportion and changes of rapidly and slowly adapting fibers,the stimulating thresholds of regenerated mechanoreceptors and conduction velocity of regenerated fibers.Results The mechanical sensory fibers appeared early with a higher occurrence rate.Rapidly adapting mechanoreceptors regenerated abundantly and in good maturity.Slowly adapting meehanoreeeptors appeared a little later,but they could also attain a certain amount and good sensitivi- ty.Eight months after surgery,the conduction velocity of regenerated fibers had not yet reached normal. Conclusion Both rapidly and slowly adapting cutaneous mechanoreceptors subsequent to nerve implan- tation into denervated fingers in the monkey could regenerate with good functional recovery.
