摘　　要：以PYRENEES FPSO为例，从技术性、经济性、安全性和可操作性等方面介绍并分析了其船体系统、上部模块系统与单点系泊系统改／建造方案的特点及总体布置策略。The advantage of an FPSO for offshore development includes its adaptability, long term station keeping, large storage capacity, easy mobility and re-use, relative short fabrication and construction period and quick revenue. Accordingly, FPSO is being widely used in the offshore oil and gas development worldwide and becomes very competitive floater concept. Taking PYRENEES FPSO for example, economic performance, safety and manipulability are introduces in this paper. The reconstruct ＆ construct scheme and general layout strategy of hull system, topside system and single point mooring system are analysed.
