摘　　要：概括总结了国内外深水油田开发海工平台技术及其应用的最新进展，如固定式平台技术。FPSO技术，浮式平台技术，墨西哥湾及巴西深水油气田开发海工工程模式，对我国深水开发海工工程模式及海上油气田开发重点、攻关研究的方向提出了一些建议。This paper generally describes the domestic and overseas offshore platform technologies and their application, such as fixd platform, FPSO, Spar, etc. Using offshore engineering mode of the Gulf of Mexico and Brazil deepwater oil gas field developing as reference, give some advices to the offshore engineering of South China Sea deepwater developing. Based on the actual status of China offshore oil-gas field development, the study emphasis are recommend.
