摘　　要：给出了导管架平台静力分析的主要关注点，并应用SACS海工有限元分析软件，对一典型导管架平台进行了结构静力分析：对正常操作和极端工况，分别给出了关键节点位移、杆件应力以及管节点的冲剪应力比，并对桩基承载力进行了校核。对固定式平台的设计和结构在位评估具有一定的参考意义。This paper concerns the static analysis of a fixed platform, and SACS finite element program is used to perform the static analysis of a typical fixed offshore platform. The analysis is conducted for members and joints under operating and storm conditions. Displacement for critical joints, nominal stress for members, and punching shear stress for critical joints are checked, also the safety factors for pile capacity are provided. This paper could be a reference for the design and in-place safety assessment of fixed offshore platforms.
