摘  要:油田群区域开发是经济合理开发边际中小油田的全新理念。作为流动通道的海管,其安全运行对边际油气田群的区域开发意义重大。以锦州25.1南、金县1-1、锦州25.1三个油田形成的辽东湾油田群工程开发为实例,结合国外深水管流动保障技术,总结了区域油田群开发海管流动保障的设计方法和思路,提出了海管流动保障措施,为区域油田群海管的安全生产奠定基础,同时为开展类似油气田群的开发提供一定的借鉴作用。Regional development is an important way to explore small and middle marginal offshore oil fileds economically. As a flow path, the subsea pipeline safety operation plays an important role to marginal offshore oil filed development. Taking JZ25-1S, JX1-1 and JZ25-1oil fields practical development as examples, together with deep water flow assurance technology, the design conception for subsea pipeline flow assurance at regional development of marginal offshore oil fields is summarized in the paper. Subsea pipeline operation strategy is proposed to ensure safety operation for whole oil fields. The technology of subsea pipeline flow assurance at this paper can be applied in other regional oil fields development.
