摘　　要：片式元件自动切割机应用于SMT（表面安装技术）中片式电容的切割工序。研究了片式元件自动切割机的工作原理及研究过程中涉及的关键技术，结合各构成部分的功能介绍了切割机的设计特点。研制的切割机经用户使用性能可靠，有应用前景。Automatic cutting equipment for electronic chip components has been applied to the cutting procedure of chip capacitances in SMT. In this article the operating principle of this automatic cutting equipment is researched on, and the essential technology is involved in the research. In addition, the design feature of this equipment is introduced according to the function of each component.
