北极苔原和海冰地区边界层物理过程观测研究

摘　　要：国家自然科学基金重点项目“北极苔原和海冰地区边界层物理过程的观测研究”，通过了国家自然科学基金委员会地球科学部组织的专家组的质疑、答辩和验收。该项目按原定计划整理、分析了有关的国内外北极考察资料和成果；参加了北极中国黄河站建设和考察；利用我国最新北极考察资料和其它资料，在对考察资料进行可靠性检验的基础上，对北极地气相互作用的物理过程进行研究，基本达到了原定目标。在下列方面取得了较大进展：The National Natural Science Foundation Fund Project ＂Observational Research on Physical Processes of Boundary Layer in Tundra and Sea Ice Areas of the Arctic＂ passed the acceptance check of the expert team entrusted by the Natural Science Foundation of China. The project fulfilled the stipulated tasks, reached its goal, and made remarkable progresses in the following aspects：
