摘　　要：地方高校新办专业的质量和培养人才的状况,直接关系到学校的整体办学水平和社会声誉。地方高校应进一步优化人才培养方案,加强师资队伍建设,改善办学条件,深化教学改革,加强教学管理,改善师生关系,加强检查与验收,不断提高新办专业质量。The education quality of new majors in local universities is directly related to the whole level and reputation of universities. The local universities should optimize undergraduate program, build up the ranks of teachers, improve the conditions of new majors, deepen education reform, strengthen education management, improve the relations between teachers and students, and reinforce inspection and acceptance, in order to improve education quality of new majors.
