深圳福田口岸红外热成像体温监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解深圳福田口岸入境旅客传染病的感染情况,为制订相应的防制措施提供理论依据。方法选择福田口岸2008年1～12月入境旅客,经红外热成像体温监测仪监测体温,用水银温度计确认可疑发热旅客,并对发热旅客进行流行病学个案调查、医学检查等医学排查并分析其特点。结果2008年1～12月福田入境旅客9218030人次,检出发热旅客822人次,发热旅客检出率为8.9/10万;发现法定传染病13例,其中5例流感为国际间监测传染病,1例开放性肺结核为国家法定传染病中的乙类传染病,亦为《中华人民共和国国境卫生检疫法》禁止入境疾病之一;经口岸快速医学排查后,98.9%的发热旅客及时顺利通关。结论红外热成像体温监测在口岸传染病防控工作中发挥了重要把关作用;加强红外热成像体温监测,提高其发热旅客检出率及传染病确诊率,能有效防止传染病经口岸传入传出,确保国门安全。Objective Study the infection conditions among incoming passengers at Shenzhen Futian Port to provide theoretical foundation for the formulation of relevant prevention and control measures. Methods Carry out epidemiological investigation, medical examination and analyze characteristics of suspected infectious passengers detected by Thermal Infrared Temperature Surveillance System and confirmed by mercurial thermometer among in- coming passengers through January to December in 2008 at Futian Port. Results 822 passengers were detected with fever among 9,218,030 incoming passengers from January to December 2008 at Futian Port, with a detectable rate of 8.9/10. 13 cases of notifiable disease are found which include 5 cases of international monitoring disease and 1 case of open pulmonary tuberculosis. Open pulmonary tuberculosis belongs to the B category infectious diseases and banned from entering according to the Frontier Heahh and Quarantine Law. 98.9% passengers detected with fever can finish custom clearance timely and quickly after port rapid medical examination.Conclusion Thermal Infrared Temperature Surveillance System plays an important role of preventing and controlling of infectious diseases; Strengthening Thermal Infrared Temperature Surveillance can raise the detectable and diagnosis rate and effectively preventing the introduction and spread of infectious diseases through port to protect national security.
