摘  要:BK5H井位于巴楚地区巴什托油田,完钻井深5030.48m,最高钻井液密度达2.09g/cm3,是目前国内陆地钻井液密度最高的深水平井。斜井段要钻穿石炭系的卡拉沙依组和巴楚组,其主要岩性是灰岩、云岩、泥岩、细砂岩、硬石膏与膏质云岩等,地层压力高、可钻性差、稳定性差。该井的主要技术难点是:硬地层的侧钻难度大、高密度硬地层机械钻速低、高密度高固含泥浆体系对井下工具仪器冲蚀严重、地层稳定性差等施工难点。其施工中采取的主要措施是:优选井下钻具、优选钻井参数、减少井下工具仪器的忡蚀、提高其运转效率、防止井壁坍塌,为今后类似的施工提供参考和借鉴。BK5H Well was 5030.48m deep,and its mud density was 2.09,which was the highest mud density in deep horizontal well on the shore.The slope section(including build up section and horizontal section)goes through the karashayi group and bachu group of Carboniferous System whose lith include lime,micaceous,shale,fine-graineds,and gypsum etc.The main characteristics of the formation are high pressure,hard rock and unstability.The difficulties of this well are : side-trick in hard formation,low penetration rate in high mud density,serious erosion of down hole tools and instruments and formations unstability due to high-density slurry with high solid system. The key technologies we used are: to optimize drilling tools and drilling parameters;to take effective measures to reduce the erosion of tools and instruments and increase their efficiency.We used high quality mud system and excellent measurement to prevent the collapse of the hole wall and ensure the safety of drilling.It can provide good experiments for the similar project.
