摘  要:建立超高效液相色谱-电喷雾串联四极杆质谱快速测定水中微囊藻毒素LR(MC-LR)的方法。水样经0.2μmGHP一次性针头过滤器过滤,应用超高效液相色谱/电喷雾串联四极杆质谱仪多离子反应监测(MRM)法定量检测MC-LR。经方法学验证,该方法对MC-LR的最低检出限LOD为0.08μg/L(进样量10μl),最低定量限LOQ是0.10μg/L。在0.2-20.0μg/L的线性范围中,相关系数r=0.9982,回收率范围91.5%-110.3%。方法灵敏度高,专属性强,操作简便快速,定量准确,测定浓度范围宽,是环境水质样品中MC-LR含量检测的理想方法。Objective: A UPLC-ESI-MS/MS method was developed for the determination of microcystin-LR in water.Methods: 0.2μm membrane filter was used to remove dirties.UPLC analysis was performed on a Waters ACQU ITY UPLC BEH C18 2.1×50mm (1.7μm) column,acetonitrile-0.3% acetic acid solution(50∶50)was used as mobile phase.microcystin-LR was determined by UPLC-ESI-MS/MS and quantified with multiple reaction monitoring(MRM) mode.Results: The detection limit (LOD) for microcystin-LR was 0.08μg/L.The limit of quantification(LOQ) was 0.10μg/L.The linear range was 0.2~20.0μg/L with correlation coefficient 0.9982.The mean recoveries were between 91.5% and 110.3%.Conclusion: This method can be applied for the determination of microcystin-LR in water for its high sensitivity,high selectivity and simple pre-process.
