火山石加中药熨敷治疗老年退行性骨关节病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察火山石加中药熨敷治疗骨关节病的临床疗效。方法:将符合入选标准的93例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组47例采用火山石配合中药温熨、滚按手法治疗;对照组46例采用扶他林乳剂外擦治疗。1个疗程(3个月)后进行疗效评定。结果:治疗组总有效率93.62%,对照组总有效率67.39%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:火山石温熨在治疗骨关节病有显著疗效,作为基层中医药适宜技术项目值得临床推广。Objective：To observe the clinically curative effect of lava and the traditional Chinese medicine heated and compressed to cure osteoarthropathia. Method： 93 cases of patients, consistent with the standard, were selected and randomly divided into two groups, group A （therapy group ,47 cases, lava and the traditional Chinese medicine accorded, heating and compressing, manipulation of rolling and palpating） and grooup B （control group ,46 cases ,voharen crem external application） ,3 months for a course. A course of treatment later, curative effects of them were marked and evaluated. Results： The total effective rates of two groups were respectively 93.62% and 67.39% , and there had statistical significance on their difference （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： For lava heating and compressing on curing osteoarthropathia,it had significant therapeutic effect. It should be spreaded clinically as primary level of TCM.
