电针治疗脑梗塞认知功能损害的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察电针治疗脑梗塞认知功能损害的临床效果并为电针治疗脑梗塞认知功能损害提供可靠证据。方法:将59例脑梗塞认知功能损害患者随机分为电针组和单纯针刺组(对照组)。电针组和对照组均取四神聪、百会、神庭、风池、患侧的肩寓、曲池、手三里、外关、合谷、足三里、阳陵泉、三阴交、太冲等穴;电针组加接G-6805Ⅱ型电针治疗仪治疗,两组均于治疗前后进行P300检测。结果:患者的认知功能有明显改善,电针组总有效率89.30%,单纯针刺组总有效率85.80%;P300检测显示各组治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组治疗前后对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:电针和单纯针刺治疗脑梗塞认知功能损害均有较好疗效,但两组疗效无明显差异。Objective：Observation electric needle treatment the brain obstruct the clinical effect of cognizing the function damage and cure a brain to obstruct cognition function damage to provide dependable proof for dectrie needle.Methods：Obstruct 59 brains,the cognition function injures a sufferer to random is divided into electric needle set and pure pinprick set（matched control）,Electric needle set and matched control all take four absolute beings astute, 100 meetings, absolute being court, nreeze pond, suffer ftom lateral shoulder Yu, song pond and hand three inside, outside pass, match valley, foot three inside, sun Ling spring and three Yinses hand over. too bhmt etc, cave：The electric needle set adds to connect an electric needle treatment instrument treatment, 2 sets all carry on P300 before or after at the treatment examination.Results：The sufferer＇s cognition function contains obvious improvement, electric needle set always efficient 89.30%, pure pinprick set always efficient 85,80%：P300 examinations show that each one cures front and back difference to have a statistics to learn mcaning（P〈0.0l）; 2 sets cures front and back contrast difference to have no statistics to learn meaning （P〉0.05） . Conclusions：Electric needle and pure pinprick treatment brain obstruct to cognize fimetion damage to all have better cursive effect, but two sets of curative effect are withont the obvious difference,
