输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的方法技巧

摘　　要：目的:回顾性总结输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的技术要点及方法技巧。方法:应用德国WOLF F8/9.8;F6/7.5输尿管硬镜配合钬激光碎石术,对878例结石患者进行碎石治疗。结果:878例1次碎石成功率93.4%(819/878),其中上段结石46.3%(31/67),中段结石100%(287/287),下段结石95.6%(501/524)。59例未成功。一次碎石成功的819例患者,经髓访1～3月统计,结石排净率100%;平均手术时间45分钟。平均住院时间3.5天。并发症:术中输尿管穿孔5例均是发生在开展这项技术早期;术后均有血尿,腰部不适;有两例术后高热;无输尿管狭窄及肾积水发生。结论:掌握好经尿道输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的方法技巧,就能充分体现此方法治疗输尿管结石,特别适用输尿管中、下段结石。Objective：Under review summary ureter mirror holmium laser Iithotrity treatment ureterolithiasis＇s technical point and method skill.Methods：Using German WOLF F8/9.8： The F6/7.5 ureter hard mirror coordinates the holmium laser lithotrity,Carries on the crushed stone treatment to 878 example stone patient.Results：878 example 1 crushed stone success ratio 93.4% （819/878）, And upside stone 46.3% （31/67）, Center-section stone 100% （287/287） Lower segment stone 95.6% （501/524）.59 examples have not succeeded.A crushed stone successful 819 example patient, After makes a follow-up visit 1- in March to count, The stone row leads 100% only; Average surgery time 45 minutes,Average in hospital time 3.5 days. Complication： In the technique the ureter perforates 5 examples is occurs is developing this technical early time;After the technique, has hematuria, the waist is ill; After having two example techniques, high fever; Non-ureterostenosis and kidney water oecurrence.Conelusions：CrraSps after the urethra ureter mirror under the hohnium laser lithotritv treatment ureterolithiasis＇s method skill,Can manifest this method treatment ureterolithiasis fully, Is suitable in the ureter, the lower segment stone specially.
