摘　　要：目的:探讨石膏铝板外固定治疗本奈氏骨折的临床效果。方法:分析102例本奈氏骨折用石膏铝扳外固定治疗的方法及原理。结果:治愈97例,好转5例,治愈率95.1%。结论:石膏铝板是一种简便易行,疗效满意的外固定治疗方法。Objective： To explore the clinical effect of external fixation by Aluminium plate bound with gypsum bandage for the treatment of Bennett＇s bone fractures, Methods： Analysis of method and the principle of treatment about 102 eases of Bennett＇s fracture of the external fixation with Aluminium plate bound with gypsum bandage. Results：cure ： 97 cases ; to get better ： 5 cases; cure rate ： 95.1% ,Conclusions：The extemal fixation by AlumiNum plate bound with gypsum bandage is a simple and satsfied treatment which is efficacy and easy operation.
