贝尼地平对老年高血压病患者血压和血压变异性的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察盐酸贝尼地平片对老年高血压病(EH)患者血压和血压变异性的疗效。方法:对66例EH患者随机分成2组,32例接受可力洛治疗为治疗组,34例接受非洛地平缓释片治疗为对照组,比较两种药物对血压和血压变异性的影响。结果:盐酸贝尼地平和非洛地平都能有效降低血压(P<0.05),对血压变异性的影响盐酸贝尼地平强于非洛地平(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸贝尼地平能有效控制老年EH患者血压并对血压变异性的影响显著。Objective： To Observe the effect of the keliluo to the elderly essential hypertension（EH）patients the blood pressure and the blood pressure variability（BPV）. Methods：The 66 the elderly EH patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treat group 32 patients were treated with benidipinc, the control group 34 patients with the Plendil, to evtduate the affect of the two medical to blood pressure and BPM Results：The benidipine and the Plendil can effectively decreased blood pressure （P〈0.05）. the benidipine was batter than the Plendil of the affect to BPV（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The benidipine can effectively controll the blood pressure of the elderly EH patients and it was significantly affected to BPV.
