肝炎灵联合蛇芪清毒颗粒治疗低水平HBV DNA、HBeAg阴性慢性乙型肝炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察肝炎灵注射液联合蛇芪清毒颗粒治疗HBV DNA水平为500～10000 IU/ml的HBeAg阴性慢性乙型肝炎患者的疗效。方法:采用随机分组法,将100例HBV DNA为500～10000IU/ml的HBeAg阴性慢性乙型肝炎患者,随机分为治疗组60例,给予肝炎灵注射液4ml每日1次肌注联合蛇芪清毒颗粒15g每日3次口服,对照组40例给予常规保肝治疗,疗程为24周。分别于治疗前,治疗过程中每4周以及治疗结束后12周检测肝功能ALT、HBV DNA变化及药物不良反应。结果:治疗组在疗程结束时ALT复常率、HBV DNA阴转率以及随访3个月HBV DNA阴转率为100%、47.83%、41.87%,对照组分别为100%、3.33%和0%。两组ALT复常率无明显差异,但治疗组HBV DNA阴转率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。两组均未发现明显不良反应。结论:肝炎灵注射液联合蛇芪消毒颗粒治疗低水平HBV DNA、HBeAg阴性慢性乙型肝炎患者能有效改善肝功能,抑制HBV DNA的复制。ObjectiVe： To evaluate the efficacy and safety of 24 weeks Sophora Tankinensis combined with She-qi-qing-du grataula treatment for HBeAg-negitive chronic hepatitis B patients with HBV DNA level 500- 10000IU/ml.Methods： 100 HBeAg-negitive chronic hepatitis B patients with HBV DNA level 500-10000IU/ml were randomly divided into two groups, 60 patients in trial group were treated with Sophora Tankinensis 4ml intramuscular injection daily plus with Sheqiqingdu granula 15g tid orally, 40 patients in control group were trealed with conventional drugs,ALT, PIBV DNA and drug adverse reactions were surveyed at baseline, every 4 weeks during the treatment and 12 weeks after therapy with the two groups, Results： There were no significant differences in the normalization of ALT levels between the two groups. The undeteetable serum HBV DNA levels of trial group at 24 weeks and 12 weeks after therapy （47.83%, 41.87%） were significantly higher than control group （3.33%. 0%） （P〈0.01）. No adverse reactions were found in either group.Couclusion： Sophora Tankinensis combined with Sheqzqingdu granula can inhibit the replication of HBV in HBCAg-naegitive chronic hepatitis B patients with lower HBV DNA level, and improve the liver function.
