摘　　要：目的:根据老年痴呆疾病特点,探讨老年痴呆住院病人精神行为的护理方法,方法:采取个人中心疗法针对35例老年痴呆病人不同精神行为的护理,其中阿尔茨海默病10人,血管性痴呆25人,应用神经精神量表评定治疗护理前后效果结果:病人的精神行为症状在行为异常、情绪不稳方面非常显著减轻,激越、焦虑、脱抑制显著减轻。结论:痴呆是一门特殊的人文医学,最能体现出护理工作的态度、知识、素质,护理痴呆病人不但需要我们的医学技巧,更需要我们的人文关怀。Objective： To explore the nursing care to patients with dementia according to the feature Of dementia disease Methods： personal central therapy was applied in 35 demented patients which include 10AD and 25 VD Patients. NPI was tested before and after the care therapy.
