摘 要:目的:在遵循DICOM标准的基础上,根据J2EE规范,设计一个分布式的PACS。完成影像数据的传输和接收,实现从不同的客户端对系统进行访问、查询和图像处理等功能。方法:利用开源项目dcm4tche作为系统开发的基础类库,采用J2EE技术规范分析和设计分布式PACS,使用Java Image IO类库处理图像,用Java EE SDK+Netbeans6.0搭建开发环境。系统的业务逻辑功能模块采用EJB技术开发的中间层组件来实现。结果:通过分布式PACS的设计,完成DICOM图像的接收、存储到归档。实现了对DICOM文件的解析,将提取到的元信息存储到数据库中,从不同系统,不同类型的客户端进行访问、检索和管理。使用Web Service进行远程诊断和图像传输处理,实现了PACS的跨平台部署。绪论:与传统的PACS相比,基于J2EE标准的PACS易于安装和管理,维护方便,具有很强的灵活性和扩展性,克服了传统单纯的Client/Server模式或者Browser/Server架构的弊病,实现了一个分布式的、可移植的PACS,简化了医院应用的开发、管理和部署。Objective:Conform to the DICOM Standard, according to the J2EE technology specification, analyze and design a distributional PACS. Which handle the image data's receiving, transmission, archive and other functions. Then different clients can visit the system from different position to make a look up or image process. Methods: According to the J2EE technology specification to analyze and design a distributional PACS, open source project dcm4che is used as the system foundation Dicom class library, Java Image IO as the image library, The entire development environment builds up with Java EE SDK+Netbeans6.0. System's logical function module programmed by the EJB technology. Results: Developed a distributional PACS system conform to the J2EE specification, implemented the DICOM image's receiving, storage and archiving on the basis of the of the DICOM standard. Extract meta informations and stored in the database. Visit from different clients of different plantforms to look up patient and some management. Web Service provides services functions. The System is a true cross-platform,provides a good background support for remote diagnosis system and the borderless PACS system. Conclusion Compared to the traditional PACS. PACS based-on 32EE specification is easier to install and manage, and much more security and flexible, overcome the traditional faults of pure Client/Server model or Browser/Server architecture. Simplifies enterprise applieations's development, management and deploy as a distributional and portable PACS.
