利用TL16C554实现基站监控终端的通讯扩展

摘  要:为提高基站监控终端通讯处理能力,本文介绍了采用TL16C554实现基站监控终端16位x86体系结构的RISC架构嵌入式微处理器R8800的通讯扩展设计。利用ParadigmC++5.1集成环境编写扩展通讯控制程序,解决了R8800的通讯扩展问题。通过应用调试,设计的硬件环境完全满足监控终端与基站内设备和区域监控中心的通讯任务。由于R8800的外部中断资源丰富,TL16C554有16字节的硬件接收发送缓冲区,两者配合使用,一方面减少了中断服务时间、降低了CPU的开销,另一方面提高了通讯处理效率和通讯成功率。这种方法在通讯能力上明显优于以往八位机系统。To improve the communication capacity of monitoring terminal in base station,a multi-serial port extension method adopted TL16C554 based on 16-bit embedded CPU R8800 of x86 system and RISC architecture on the mnnitoring termin',d in base station was presented in this paper. Paradigm C++ 5.1 IDE was used to compile the communication program. The issue of serial port extension of R8800 was addressed. Through application and debugging, all communication tasks both with equipments in base station and with regional monitoring center went well together under this hardware enviromnent. External interrupt resources of R8800. and a 16 byte hardware transmit buff in TL16C554, both operated in coordination, as a result of a decrease of interruption service, lower the CPU spending, a increase in the efficiency of communicatiom and communication sueeess rate. This method is better in communication ability than in the past eight-hit microcomputer systems obviously.
