摘  要:目的研究宫颈疾病经高频电波刀(HFLEEP)治疗后喷涂外用重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF,金因肽)的临床疗效。方法选择宫颈疾病需治疗患者,宫颈柱状上皮异位、宫颈息肉、宫颈腺囊肿采用LEEP电凝(COAG)治疗;CIN患者行宫颈环形电切(LEEP)术。研究组180例术毕创面喷涂金因肽;对照组180例术后不采取辅助处理。术后每周复查,记录创面完全愈合时间、阴道流血时间、阴道排液时间。结果术后4周比较两组指标有显著性差异(P<0.01),创面完全愈合时间、阴道流血时间、阴道排液时间缩短;术后8周比较两组指标无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论宫颈疾病经高频电波刀治疗后喷涂金因肽,可缩短创面完全愈合时间、阴道流血时间、阴道排液时间。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of external use of recombinant human epidermal growth factor(rhEGF) at its wound after cervical disease was treated by high frequency loop electrosurgieal excision procedure(LEEP). Methods The patients who needed to be treated due to cervical disease were divided into study group(180 cases) and control group( 180 cases). Cervical ectopic columnar epithelium, cervical polyps and cervical gland cyst were treated by using LEEP electrocoagulation(COAG) and the patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)were treated by LEEP. The rhEGF spray(Gene Time) was applied to the wound after LEEP in the 180 cases of the study group,and the 180 cases of the control group were treated by only LEEP without any auxiliary treatment. The wound healing time, vaginal bleeding time and vaginal discharge time after surgery were recorded. Results The comparison of the indicators at 4 weeks after surgery showed a significant difference between the two groups(P〈0.01 ). The wound healing time,vaginal bleeding time and vaginal discharge time were shortened in the study group compared with the control group. However,there was no significant difference at 8 weeks after surgery (P〈0.05). Conclusion The rhEGF spray(Gene Time) to the wound in cervical disease after it was treated by LEEP can shorten wound healing time, vaginal bleeding time and vaginal discharge time.
