摘　　要：生物降解塑料产业直面我国"三农"、能源和环境三大主题,是世界发展之大势和新兴的产业。介绍了我国生物基与生物分解塑料的发展现状,重点对化石基生物分解塑料和可再生材料基生物分解塑料的研究进展进行了综述,指出生物分解塑料入市前应该做好市场调研、产品定位和产品质量认证等准备工作。The industry of bio-degradable plastic now is directly faced with three subjects： ＂Sannong＂ （the peasantry, agricultural and countryside＇s problems ）, energetic resources and environmental issues. It＇s also a new type of industry representing the development trend of the world. The status quo of bio-based and bio-degradable plastic in China is introduced, with focusing on the re,arch progress attaches to bio-degradable plastic which is based on fossil and renewable bio-materials. It＇s pointed out that the market survey, the product positioning and the quality certification must be well done before the products of bio-degradable plastic go into the market for sale.
