摘　　要：近年来,我国医疗卫生信息化建设取得了一定发展,正由局部卫生信息化向区域协同医疗的方向发展。阐述了区域协同医疗的概念,列举了具体实现过程中可能遇到的关键问题,提出了区域协同医疗共享平台的整体设计思路和解决方案,对实现区域协同医疗具有一定的参考价值。In recent years, the RHIS develops very quickly in China for clinical information sharing. This paper shows a vision to the RHIS＇ s concept at the first. On the implement of the RHIS, several key questions are mentioned and solutions are provided accordingly. All of the experiences achieved are validated in the project ＇the Demonstration of RHIS in China＇ which is launched by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People＇ s Republic of China in 2006. This paper is also a reference to the people who is working on RHIS or HIS.
