摘  要:上海世博北京西路~华夏西路电力电缆隧道三标工程采用Φ3500F型钢筋混凝土管和大刀盘泥水平衡项管掘进机施工。该工程分为6个区间顶程,全部是大直径长距离曲线顶管,其中11~10区间顶管穿越的地层主要为夹砂粉土层。该区间顶管实施过程中,施工技术人员对顶管触变泥浆材料、配方、搅拌方法、注浆工艺等,尤其是对触变泥浆在粉土地层中的抗渗透性能和稳定性进行了深入的研究。通过研究结果在施工中的运用,成功地将混凝土管道外壁与粉砂土之间的单位面积侧向摩阻力控制在1kPa以内,保证了顶管顺利贯通的同时,该研究与应用成果还为今后类似顶管工程的设计和施工提供了参考。The Ф3500 F reinforced concrete pipes and big cutter head slurry pipe jacking road header are ased for power cable tunnel Road 3 standard project from Bering West Road to Huaxia West Road of Shanghai Expo. The construction is divided into six jacking parts, and large diameter long distance curve pipe jacking is used for all the jacking parts, in which 11 to 10 range sandy slit layer is passed through by pipe jacking. The thixotropic slurry pipe jacking material ,formulation, mixing method, the technology of injecting slurry, especiaUy for the thixotropic mud's anti-permeability and stability in silt layer have been deeply researched. Using the research achievements, specific lateral frictional resistance between concrete pipe oat wall and sandy slit layer has been successfully controlled under 1 kPa , so the pipe jacking succeeds in transfixion. Meamtime the results can be used as reference for the design and operation of similar pipe jacking design and construction.
