干扰素治疗小儿重型病毒性脑炎——附32例疗效观察

摘　　要：为探讨人白细胞α型干扰素（简称干扰素）治疗小儿重型病毒性脑炎的疗效，对３２例在常规治疗的基础上，加用干扰素并与３３例常规治疗者进行比较。干扰素治疗组在临床症状好转和消失时间上优于对照组，统计学上差别有非常显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０１）。这些结果表明加用适当的干扰素疗效好，安全，无不良反应，值得推广。To evaluate therapeutic effect of interferon ALFA-2B on the treatment of severe viral encephalitis,32 cases given interferon were compared with a control group of 33 cases.The results showed that the time for the symptoms to improve and disappear was much less than that of the control group and the statistical difference was significantly apparent between the two groups(P<0.01).It proved that a suitable amount of interferon applied in the treatment of severe viral encephalitis was practical,effective,without side effects.It deserves spreading in clinical practice.
