摘 要:选择测定波长为568nm,参比波长为470nm,利用氟试剂双波长系数倍率分光光度法进行了氟离子的测定。氟离子含量在0.1~1μg/mL时线性良好,相关系数r2=0.99978。方法的RSD为1.20%,检出限可达0.13μg/mL。The 568nm and the 420nm were selected to be the primary wavelength and the second wavelength selectively. The fluoride was determined by DW -spectrophotometric with the fluoride reagent (ALC). The method shows good linear relationship in the concentration of 0. 1 - 1 μg/mL with the correlation coefficient of 0. 99978, as well as the good repetition. The detection limit was 0. 25μg/mL. This method is available to determine the fluoride in water.
