益安回生口服液对海洛因依赖者稽延性戒断症状的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益安回生口服液对海洛因依赖者稽延性戒断症状的疗效和不良反应。方法:将60例受试者随机分为2组,即治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例),治疗组给予益安回生口服液,对照组不用戒毒中药,仅作对症治疗。采用《海洛因依赖稽延性戒断症状评定量表》对疗效进行评价;安全性评价根据卫生药品不良反应监察中心制定的标准。结果:益安回生口服液对稽延性戒断症状的疗效与对照组相比差异有显著性(P<0.01),有3例出现恶心、呕吐、眩晕不良反应,退出治疗;5例出现轻度口干、胃部不适、便秘,停药后症状消失,余未见明显不良反应。结论:益安回生口服液能够有效控制海洛因依赖稽延性戒断症状,不良反应少。Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and side effects of Yi＇an decoction for protracted withdrawal symptoms in heroin dependent patients.Methods：Sixty heroin dependent patients were randomly assigned to two groups.Thirty subjects were treated with Yi＇an decoction,and the rest served as control which were treated only with medication for special symptoms.The Scale of Protracted Withdrawal Symptoms（PWS）was used to measure the efficacy;side effects were measured according to the principle made by related agency of Ministry of Health.Results：There were significant differences between the two groups in the scores of PWS（P0.01）.3 cases experienced adverse effects such as nausea,emesia,dizzy,exit healing,5 cases had light dry mouth,stomach discomfort,constipation,while symptom disappeared when drug withdrawal.Conclusion：Yi＇an decoction can effectively relieve protracted withdrawal symptoms in heroin dependent patients with few side effects.
