摘　　要：本文对当前医学生医学专业精神培养方面存在的问题进行了分析，指出医学专业精神的培养需要充分发挥医学院校的作用，促进结合我国国情、社会文化传统和具体医疗职业行为的医学专业精神的本土化和可操作化研究；同时，构建系统的培养体系，对医学生的医学专业精神进行全程、全员、多层次、多途径、多角度的培养。In this paper the currently problems of medical students＇ professionalism cultivation were analyzed. It proposed that medical schools＇ roles should be strengthened to carry out research on the localization and operationalization of medical professionalism based on our national conditions, socio-cultural tradition and specific medical practice. At the same time, cultivation system should be constructed to cultivate medical students＇ professionalism in multilevel, multi-dimension and mtdtichannel through whole course by whole school staff.
