摘　　要：对企业即时消息(EIM)的调研和分析,提出一个通用即时消息系统模型,包括表现层和系统核心层,详细讨论系统核心服务器的设计与实现,实际应用中证明该通用系统对于提高ERP系统开发效率、减少开发成本、改善企业内部通讯质量和工作效率具有重大意义。The enterprise instant message （EIM） of research and analysis,a common model for instant message system,including the performance of the system layer and the core layer,the core server system discussed in detail the design and implementation of practical applications in general that the ERP system to improve System development efficiency and reduce development costs and im-prove the quality of internal communications and efficiency is of great significance.
