摘　　要：以海南省医学信息研究所为例,利用SWOT方法,分析了医学高校查新机构在开展查新工作过程中存在的优势、劣势以及面临的机会和威胁,并提出了海南省医学信息研究所应采取的发展战略。Taking Hainan Institute of Medical Information as an example,and by using the SWOT method,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages existing in the process of novelty search made by medical college＇s novelty search organization and the opportunities and threats faced by medical college＇s novelty search organization,and puts forward some developing strategies that should be adopted by Hainan Institute of Medical Information.
