摘　　要：通过调查表阐述了目前财政人员对"省直管县"体制的态度,进一步分析了该财政管理体制的利与弊,以利于"省直管县"体制的改革。Through the questionnaire,this paper expounds the service conditions of the investigated financial workers and their attitudes toward the system of＂governing the counties directly by the province＂,and makes further analysis on the merits/demerits of this management system to benefit the reform of＂governing the counties directly by the province＂.
