摘  要:以草莓品种"章姬"匍匐茎尖为外植体,采用添加不同生长素的MS培养基,对其进行组织培养研究。结果表明:草莓茎尖在MS+BA0.5mg/L+GA0.2mg/L培养基上能很好地诱导不定芽形成,诱导率95%;在继代增殖培养基MS+BA2mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L中增殖系数较高,为3.5;生根培养基为1/2MS+IBA0.5mg/L+活性炭3g/L生根率可达90%;将生根瓶苗炼苗一周,移植至草炭土和蛭石(2∶1)的穴盘内,移栽试管苗的成活率达90%以上,并且生长健壮。This paper takes the shoot tip of strawberry cultivar ZhangJi as an explants,and by using MS culture medium with different growth hormones,researches the tissue culture of strawberry.The results show that:MS+BA0.5 mg/L+GA0.2 mg/ L can induce adventitious buds well,and the rate of inducement is 95%;on subculture media MS+BA2 mg/L+NAA0.1 mg/L,the proliferation number is higher(3.5);on root induction media 1/2MS+IBA0.5 mg/L+AC3 g/L,the root induction rate is 90%.Vitro plantlets are hardened off for 1 week,then are transplanted into the medium which is consisted of turfy soil and vermiculite(the ratio of turfy and vermiculite is 2∶1);the survival rate is above 90%,and the plantlets grow well and vigorous.
