摘  要:在市场经济条件下,医院要取得可持续发展,拥有较大的医疗市场占有率,仅依靠出色的战略、有效的流程和充足的人力资源是远远不够的。领导行为往往成为影响医院发展的重要因素,是组织领导医院及其人力、物力、财力以及调动一切积极因素的关键。因此,正确定位医院领导角色与行为,顺利实现传统领导角色与行为向现代医院领导角色与行为的成功转变,科学运用经营管理方式,不断提高社会效益与经济效益,推动医院长足发展,就成为现代医院经营管理实践中极具现实意义的重要课题。Under the background of market economy, it is not enough for hospitals which mainly based on well developed strategy, effective program and sufficient human power for its sustainable development and the rate of market share. The leading behavior usually is one of the important factors that can affect the development of hospitals, and the positive key-point of organizing human, material and financial resources. So it is important for modern hospitals in Operations Management to locate the Leading role and behavior (LRB), to successfully change from the classical LRB to modern LRB, to run with scientific Operations Management, to improve the social and economic benefits, and to fulfill the sustainable development of hospitals.
